Public Awareness Lecture 070823 UPES

The event was started of by the speech of the Dr. S. N. Singh, President, Dehradun Orthopaedic Society, who emphasized the need of public to get involved and trained in basic life support as the government can not be the only responsible factor for prevention of road traffic accidents.

The next PPT was by Dr. Praveen Mittal, Secretary, who gave an brief overview about road traffic accident prevention and basic life support.

The next video presentation was by Dr. Hemanshu Kochar, who showed a video presentation on Basic Life Support which was circulated by the Indian Orthopaedic Association.

The concluding remarks were give by Dr. Gaurav Sanjay, Joint Secretary.
The event was appreciated by the staff and the students.
